About

About

I'm Dimitry Granovsky, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work with adults and couples who want to better understand the patterns shaping their relationships, emotions, and communication. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who are stuck in recurring dynamics and want deeper insight and meaningful change.

My approach integrates attachment-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and insight-orinetated work to help clients develop greater clarity, stronger relationships and more satisfying ways of connecting with others and themselves.

I hold a B.A. from UCLA and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, with over 17 years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples.

Relationship Patterns
Communication & Conflict

Anxiety and chronic stress can effect relationships, decision-making, and emotional well-being. Therapy can help clarify the patterns driving anxiety and develop practical strategies for greater balance and resilience.

Many people find themselves repeating similar patterns in relationships or communication. Therapy can help identify the underlying dynamics and develop healthier ways of connecting with others.

Difficult conversations and recurring conflict can create frustration and distance in relationships, Therapy can help develop clearer communication, mutual understanding, and more constructive ways of resolving conflict.
